A woman with shoulder-length brown hair and a bright smile sitting in a home office. She is wearing a plaid blazer over a white top. Behind her are a framed certificate, a window with blinds, and a desk with a computer monitor, a pink notebook, a drawing frame with artwork, and other office supplies.

I am purpose-driven to help organizations and individuals pursue excellence through leadership development, enhancing performance, addressing complex problems, and aligning everyday activities with strategic goals and outcomes. My success stems from my ability to facilitate, teach, guide, and coach others; teaching is both my calling and my practice.

My core values include putting people first, respect, accountability, and promoting honest and open communication at all levels. I am committed to solving problems by uncovering hidden assumptions, identifying the real boundaries and non-negotiables, and always keeping an eye on the big picture. I believe in the power of simple solutions and straightforward actions to drive meaningful change.

I am a life-long learner, am inherently curious and a self-described super nerd. When I’m not engaged in working with clients, you can find me skiing, creating art from everyday objects, spending time with my family, or curled up in front of a fire with sudoku, crosswords or re-reading Harry Potter for the millionth time. And seriously, don’t get me started on the topic of fungi.

I’m looking forward to working with you. Let’s connect.

Hi! I’m Melanie.
